At BOSS Training we work closely with our training partners to ensure we are able to provide IPAF courses at short notice in locations which are clean, comfortable and easy to find. When you book a course with us you will be sent full joining instructions by return email detailing venue address, directions, start and finish times and PPE requirements. Lunch and light refreshments are provided at all of our training facilities.
Our instructors have a wealth of practical experience – many of whom have worked in industry on cherry pickers and scissor lifts. Combined with professional health and safety qualifications, they are able to provide free advice and guidance during the course. In addition, we can offer ongoing training management for all members of staff which includes health and safety consultancy, monitoring and review.

If you are thinking about using, or currently operating, mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPS) you need to consider your responsibilities in respect of the health and safety of yourself and those working with you. If you have already had previous IPAF training, and your certificate has expired then a training renewal is required. Your IPAF licence lasts for 5 years but in order to do the refresher your log book must be kept up to date. Do not worry, however, if your log book is not up to date or if you have never had previous training as open courses are run on a weekly basis in Glasgow. Novices and inexperienced operators are more than welcome to attend the one-day course and with a 98% pass rate you can feel confident when you book an IPAF training course with BOSS Training.
